Eligibility

Open to legal residents of all countries worldwide who are 18 years of age or older, except where prohibited by law and excluding residents of Germany, Italy, Belgium, Brazil, the province of Quebec (Canada), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. Void where prohibited.

Entry Period

Entries are accepted while the promotion is active. Sponsor reserves the right to close entries at any time with reasonable notice to participants via the app.

How to Enter

Play Up Next and submit your contact information through the app. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Players earn one (1) entry for each 25 rounds completed. Contact information must be provided to enter the drawing — players are prompted to submit at round 25 and may do so at any time thereafter. Additional entries may be earned through the referral program as described in the app. Total entries from all sources may not exceed ten (10) entries per person. Entries obtained through fraud, automation, or circumvention of the entry system will be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a cash prize. The prize amount is determined by the number of verified eligible players at the time of the drawing, as displayed in the app. The minimum guaranteed prize is $200 (USD). Approximate retail value equals face value. Only verified unique human players count toward the total player threshold. Players determined to be bots, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent entries will not be counted and will be disqualified from the drawing. Sponsor's determination of eligible player count is final. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize structure with notice to participants via the app.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Drawing conducted by the sponsor.

Winner Notification

Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within 14 days of the drawing. Winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within 7 days or is found to be ineligible, sponsor may at its sole discretion select an alternate winner or close the promotion with no further obligation.
